The VegasNow licence, checked line by line
Just Entertainment B.V. runs VegasNow on a Curaçao licence, OGL/2024/164/0246, in force since 13 August 2024. Below is each line of that certificate, the address it approves, and what it settles, or leaves open, for someone playing from Australia.

The VegasNow licence in eight lines

The validator is at cert.cga.cw, token 246. Where our wording and the certificate differ, the certificate wins.
Opening certificate 246 on the regulator's site
No login needed. Check before a first deposit, and again whenever our name appears in an unexpected ad or message.
Type it in
Key cert.cga.cw/token?id=246 into the browser rather than tapping a badge. Badges are images, and images copy easily.
Check the number
Compare OGL/2024/164/0246 digit by digit. One wrong character means a different licence.
Check the holder
Look for Just Entertainment B.V. with company 160603, the line fakes struggle to copy.
Status and domains
Confirm Active, find vegasnow.com in the approved list, then make sure your casino tab shows that address.
Why ausvegasnowcasino.com is not on the domain list
It does not need to be. We publish this site to explain offers, rules and payments in A$. Your password, balance and transactions sit in your account on vegasnow.com, the approved domain.
So we show no licence seal here, because a seal would imply the certificate names this site. When a link takes you to the casino, check that the address bar says vegasnow.com before entering any login or card details. Our about page explains who publishes ausvegasnowcasino.com.
How far the VegasNow licence reaches for players in Australia
The licence answers who and where; the rest sits in other documents.
| Settled by the licence | Left open |
|---|---|
| The holder, Just Entertainment B.V. | Whether you may play from your location; our terms put that check on you |
| Number, regulator and status | Australian licensing; this licence is Curaçao's, not an Australian one |
| The approved domain, vegasnow.com | Whether bonus funds are cashable; 40× wagering and an A$5,000 per-offer cap apply |
| The start date, 13 August 2024 | Whether ID can be skipped; verification may be requested before a payout |
| The entity to name in a complaint | BetStop coverage; that register lists Australian-licensed wagering providers |
The BetStop row matters if you want to stop. Because it is designed for providers licensed here, do not rely on it to close a VegasNow account: self-exclude in your account or ask support to do it. Our responsible gambling page has the details, and play is 18+ only.
Copycat warning signs, checked against the record
Logos and colours clone easily; a certificate does not. Close the tab before depositing if you see any of these:
- No licence number, or one other than OGL/2024/164/0246.
- A seal image that links nowhere, or to another holder.
- A company other than Just Entertainment B.V. in the footer or terms.
- A play button that opens another casino's site.
- A welcome offer other than up to A$8,000 and 500 spins across four deposits, or a code for the first deposit. Ours starts at VEGAS2 on the second, as the welcome bonus page shows.
- A promised no-deposit code, an APK download, or PayID, POLi or Neosurf listed for deposits.
- A support contact other than support@vegasnow.com or live chat on the casino.
The legit checklist takes each sign further.
The VegasNow sportsbook and certificate 246
The licence covers sport too. Our sportsbook operates on the same Curaçao certificate as the casino, so the holder, account rules and protection tools are shared.
Its own rules give VegasNow as long as 30 days for document checks and 180 days to look over betting activity, and sports deposits carry 3× turnover unless an offer states otherwise. See the betting page.
Writing to VegasNow with the licence details to hand
Go to customer support first: our terms send complaints there for internal review, via live chat or support@vegasnow.com. Quote the licence precisely:
Keep replies under one case reference. The record shows who is responsible; it promises no particular outcome or compensation. Before going to an outside body, read its scope and eligibility rules. Our support page explains escalation.
Dates to note on the VegasNow certificate
VegasNow launched in 2024 and the licence took effect on 13 August that year. We quote general terms v2.3 (20 January 2024) and bonus terms dated 26 February 2024.
Status is the regulator's call. It read Active when we looked in November 2026; look again before a big deposit and note the date.
VegasNow licence: short answers
Who holds the VegasNow licence?
Just Entertainment B.V., Curaçao company 160603. Its licence, OGL/2024/164/0246, comes from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the certificate lists vegasnow.com as an approved domain.
Is ausvegasnowcasino.com covered by the licence?
No, and we never present it that way. It is our Australian information site; registering, depositing and playing all happen on vegasnow.com.
Does a Curaçao licence make VegasNow an Australian-licensed casino?
No. The certificate is Curaçao's. It identifies the operator and the approved domain, while whether you may play from your location is a check our terms leave with the account holder. 18+ only.
Will BetStop block my VegasNow account?
Do not rely on it. BetStop serves wagering providers licensed in Australia, and our licence is from Curaçao. Self-exclude in your account or ask support, and ring Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 if you need to talk.
