Getting money out of VegasNow in Australia
Getting money out of VegasNow comes down to four numbers: the route's range, the account caps, the deposit turnover and any bonus cap. This page sets each one out from our published cashier tables and terms, then works real figures through them so you can plan a request before you press withdraw.

VegasNow payouts summarised for Australian accounts
A payout leaves by bank transfer (Inpay, PayAnyBank or Wire) for A$300 to A$6,000 per request, by MiFinity for A$30 to A$4,000, or in crypto within each coin's range. You request it from My Account after signing in, verification may be asked for first, and the account as a whole is capped at A$6,000 per UTC day, A$12,000 per UTC week and A$42,000 per UTC month.
| Item | Published figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer, per request | A$300 to A$6,000 | AU cashier, withdrawal tab, 3 November 2026 |
| MiFinity, per request | A$30 to A$4,000 | AU cashier, withdrawal tab |
| Crypto, per request | A range for each coin, such as 20 to 4,000 USDT | AU cashier, withdrawal tab |
| Account cap per UTC day | A$6,000 | Terms v2.3 |
| Account cap per UTC week | A$12,000 | Terms v2.3 |
| Account cap per UTC month | A$42,000 | Terms v2.3 |
| Turnover before a payout | Each deposit staked 3x | Terms v2.3 |
| Most one bonus offer can pay out | A$5,000 (A$300 on welcome spin winnings) | Bonus terms |
These are the published figures. Individual terms can differ, for instance where a payment method carries its own restriction, so the cashier and support have the last word on your account. Cards and Cashtocode are not in the payout table at all; if you paid in that way, see the route checks further down.
Inpay, PayAnyBank, Wire and MiFinity: the A$ payout rows
All three bank routes share a single range of A$300 to A$6,000 per request, and MiFinity covers A$30 to A$4,000. The cashier marks each row Free and Instant, which describe the row, not your final cost or arrival time.
| Route | Floor | Ceiling per request | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inpay | A$300 | A$6,000 | Bank payouts of A$300 or more |
| PayAnyBank | A$300 | A$6,000 | Bank payouts of A$300 or more |
| Wire | A$300 | A$6,000 | Bank payouts; intermediary banks can deduct charges |
| MiFinity | A$30 | A$4,000 | Smaller balances, and accounts funded by MiFinity |
Fees. We add no charge on these rows, but our FAQ puts provider withdrawal fees on the customer, and the account terms allow for intermediary-bank charges and currency-conversion differences. A wire can pass through more than one bank on the way, so what lands may be less than what left.
Small balances. A$280 sits under the A$300 floor on every bank route, so MiFinity or a coin is the realistic exit. Please do not keep playing just to reach a threshold; ask support which route your account can use for the amount you have.
The wrong minimum. The withdrawal tab repeats the deposit introduction above its rows, A$30 figure included, and a general FAQ line mentions A$20 or the currency equivalent. Neither replaces the row for the method you choose. Deposit floors are on our payments page.
Smallest and largest coin amounts VegasNow will send
Each coin has a payout range of its own, written in the coin, not in dollars. Bitcoin runs from 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC per request and Tether from 20 to 4,000 USDT.
| Coin | Least per request | Most per request | Deposit floor, for comparison |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC | 0.0002 BTC | 0.12 BTC | 0.0001 BTC |
| ETH | 0.002 ETH | 20 ETH | 0.002 ETH |
| USDT | 20 USDT | 4,000 USDT | 5 USDT |
| LTC | 0.01 LTC | 200 LTC | 0.01 LTC |
| XRP | 0.001 XRP | 5,000 XRP | 4 XRP |
| DOGE | 0.01 DOGE | 20,000,000 DOGE | 1 DOGE |
| BCH | 0.001 BCH | 15 BCH | 0.001 BCH |
| BNB | 0.01 BNB | 24 BNB | 0.01 BNB |
| ADA | 2 ADA | 460,000 ADA | 2 ADA |
| TRX | 10 TRX | 225,000 TRX | 10 TRX |
Three checks before sending a coin request. Match the network to the one the cashier names, because a ticker like USDT covers several chains and a payout to an address on the wrong one may be lost. Remember that the A$ caps still sit over a coin request; the terms state them in AUD, so ask support how a coin amount is measured against them. And the wallet must be yours, exactly as a bank account must.
A request for 4,600 USDT breaks the 4,000 USDT ceiling, so it goes as two, for example 4,000 and 600, both above the 20 USDT floor. Whether both can fall on one UTC day depends on how support values them against the A$6,000 daily cap.
VegasNow account ceilings of A$6,000, A$12,000 and A$42,000
Across all routes combined, the terms allow A$6,000 out per day, A$12,000 per week and A$42,000 per month, each counted on the UTC calendar from 00:00 to 23:59. Treat them as the published ceilings; individual terms or a method's own restriction can differ.
| UTC period | Published cap | In practice |
|---|---|---|
| Day | A$6,000 | One full bank request, or MiFinity A$4,000 plus up to A$2,000 more |
| Week | A$12,000 | Two full days fill it |
| Month | A$42,000 | Lower than a month of full weeks would add up to |
The three figures interlock. Two maximum days use up a week. Most months overlap five UTC weeks, and five weekly caps would total A$60,000, so for very large balances the A$42,000 monthly cap is the one that sets the pace.
A cap limits how much, not when. Hitting A$6,000 on a Monday means the next request belongs to the next UTC day; it says nothing about when Monday's money arrives. The per-request ranges above still apply inside every cap.
When the UTC day resets on an Australian clock
The cap day turns over at 00:00 UTC, which is mid-morning on the east coast and breakfast time in Perth. Requests made near that moment can count against a different cap day from the date on your phone.
| City | 00:00 UTC during daylight saving (about October to April) | 00:00 UTC the rest of the year |
|---|---|---|
| Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart | 11:00 am (AEDT) | 10:00 am (AEST) |
| Adelaide | 10:30 am (ACDT) | 9:30 am (ACST) |
| Brisbane | 10:00 am (AEST) | 10:00 am (AEST) |
| Darwin | 9:30 am (ACST) | 9:30 am (ACST) |
| Perth | 8:00 am (AWST) | 8:00 am (AWST) |
An example from Sydney in November: a request at 9:00 am on Wednesday is still Tuesday in UTC, while one at 11:30 am the same morning is Wednesday in UTC. Two requests made a couple of hours apart can therefore sit in two different cap days. Jot the UTC date beside each request so your running total matches the one support sees.
Three things VegasNow checks before money leaves
Before any request is paid, three account rules apply: deposit turnover, ownership of the receiving method and the route back. All three come from the v2.3 terms of 20 January 2024 or our withdrawal FAQ.
Turnover of 3x per deposit
Every deposit must be staked three times before money tied to it can come out. A$180 paid in means A$540 of stakes. Request earlier and the terms allow a refusal or a processing fee.
A receiving account in your name
Bank accounts, MiFinity wallets and crypto wallets must belong to the account holder. Switching to someone else's mid-request does not get around it.
The route back
The FAQ sends money back to the method you paid in with, where possible. Cards and vouchers are not on the payout list, so support sets the route for balances funded that way.
The turnover rule is not bonus wagering. It applies with no offer at all and is counted per deposit, so payments of A$95 and A$260 need A$285 and A$780 of stakes, A$1,065 together. If a request is refused on turnover, ask support for the shortfall rather than depositing again.
Sending VegasNow verification documents the safe way
Send documents only when asked, only through the Documents area of your signed-in profile or the route support names, and only what the request covers. A check can be requested before a payout, most often the first one, and can be repeated after an earlier review.
- Ask what each file must prove. If a request is unclear, ask which details must be visible and which may be covered.
- Keep proof of the upload. An uploaded file is not yet an accepted one; note the date, the file and the reply.
- Keep secrets out of it. No check needs your password or a one-time code, and documents never go by social media message or to an unfamiliar email address.
- Expect your sign-up details to be compared. The name and date of birth you registered with are checked against the papers, so a typo made at sign-up surfaces here.
There is no single document list for everyone and no published approval deadline. Ask support what is still outstanding and how you will hear that the check is done. Our registration page explains how sign-up and KYC relate.
Reading the status line on a VegasNow withdrawal
Work out the stage before asking about time. A request moves through submission, review, transfer and receipt, and a different party is responsible at each step.
| Stage | Responsible | Question worth asking |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | VegasNow | Is it in the review queue, and do you need anything from me? |
| In review or waiting on information | VegasNow | Which check is open: turnover, documents or a bonus condition? |
| Approved and sent | VegasNow, then the provider | Which reference identifies the transfer, and was it sent whole or in parts? |
| Received | Your bank, MiFinity or wallet | Has it been credited, and was any fee or conversion applied? |
The Instant label on a payout row does not include review or verification, and it cannot speak for a bank or a blockchain once a transfer has left us. If anyone gives you a time, ask which stage it measures and whether it counts calendar days or banking days.
Status words are not interchangeable. Pending, approved and sent each describe our side; only your provider's credit shows that the money has reached you.
Splitting an A$11,300 VegasNow balance across UTC days
Take a player who paid in A$380 by MiFinity, took no bonus, staked well beyond the A$1,140 turnover and now holds A$11,300 with verification complete. The published limits shape the payout like this.
| Route | Per-request range | One way to split A$11,300 | UTC days needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank (Inpay, PayAnyBank or Wire) | A$300 to A$6,000 | A$6,000, then A$5,300 | Two, because of the A$6,000 daily cap |
| MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 | Day one A$4,000 + A$2,000; day two A$4,000 + A$1,300 | Two, across four requests |
| USDT | 20 to 4,000 USDT per request | Depends on the A$ to USDT rate on the day | Ask support how the A$ caps are applied |
Because the money went in by MiFinity, MiFinity is the route the FAQ points to, which means four smaller requests rather than two bank ones. Either way the job spans two UTC days, and A$11,300 stays under the A$12,000 weekly cap, so the week does not slow anything down.
Large amounts may also be paid in instalments, as our FAQ notes. A payout that arrives in parts is consistent with these limits and is not, by itself, a sign of a problem.
Large VegasNow balances, instalments and the weekly ceiling
Beyond A$12,000 the weekly cap sets the pace, so a large balance becomes a schedule rather than one transfer. Here is an A$19,600 balance paid by bank route at the quickest pace the published caps allow.
| UTC week | Requests | Paid that week | Left to pay |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week one | A$6,000 on each of two UTC days | A$12,000 | A$7,600 |
| Week two | A$6,000, then A$1,600 on a later UTC day | A$7,600 | Nil |
The monthly cap of A$42,000 only matters above that amount, and it runs on the UTC calendar month, not a rolling 30 days. A balance of A$48,000 could see at most A$42,000 leave within one UTC month, with the other A$6,000 following in the next, even though the weekly caps alone would allow more.
Keep a running total by UTC date. If support quotes a different schedule, ask which individual term or method restriction is being applied, since published caps can differ from the terms on a particular account.
What an offer lets you take out of a VegasNow balance
When part of a balance came from a bonus, the offer's own caps apply before any route or account limit. One offer can pay out at most A$5,000, and welcome spin winnings are capped at A$300.
Those caps sit behind the usual bonus conditions: 40x wagering on the bonus and on spin winnings, a seven-day window, A$8 as the biggest bet allowed while wagering, and one bonus active at a time. The general terms also set A$5,000 as the default ceiling on deposit-bonus winnings, so the figure is not unique to the welcome package.
A worked case. A second-stage deposit of A$480 with VEGAS2 earns a A$480 match, carrying A$19,200 of wagering. Suppose the balance after clearing stands at A$6,900. The A$5,000 ceiling then applies to winnings from that offer, but the published terms do not set out how a mix of your own deposit and bonus winnings is divided, so ask support for the eligible figure before requesting.
Spins work the same way. If 200 welcome spins returned A$410, the cap would hold the counted winnings at A$300, and those still carry 40x wagering. Turning a bonus down at deposit time avoids all of this, leaving the deposit subject only to the 3x turnover and the normal payout limits. The welcome offer page lists each stage.
Ten ticks before you request a payout
Run down this list with the cashier open. Each line maps to a rule above.
- Documents: any open verification request answered and acknowledged.
- Turnover: each deposit staked at least three times.
- Bonus: no offer still being wagered, and the A$5,000 and A$300 caps understood.
- Route: the payout method fits how you paid in, or support has confirmed an alternative.
- Range: the amount sits inside A$300 to A$6,000 for bank, A$30 to A$4,000 for MiFinity, or the coin's own range.
- Caps: this request plus any others in the same UTC day, week and month stays within A$6,000, A$12,000 and A$42,000.
- Ownership: the bank account or wallet is in your name.
- Network: for crypto, the destination chain matches the cashier.
- Details: account number or wallet address checked character by character.
- Record: reference, amount, currency, status and time with time zone saved.
With every line ticked, a request has the best chance of moving without a follow-up question. If one line fails, fix it first; that is quicker than a support exchange later.
Delayed or declined: next moves on a VegasNow payout
Ask which stage the request is in and what is still outstanding, quoting its reference. Do not deposit again or keep playing to free up a held payout.
- Contact support by live chat or support@vegasnow.com with the reference, amount, route and the UTC time you made the request.
- Ask which condition is in play: documents, turnover, a bonus cap, a method range or an account cap. Each has a different fix.
- If a promised update date passes, reply in the same case and quote it. A fresh ticket loses the history.
- If the answer still does not settle it, ask for the complaints process. Our terms send complaints to customer support for internal review first. For any outside step, check the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own scope and quote Just Entertainment B.V. and licence OGL/2024/164/0246; our licensing page has the record.
Idle balances have a rule too. The terms snapshot describes dormancy after 120 days without activity, with a possible monthly EUR 10 fee while money remains, while a separate AU document gives 12 months. If you plan to leave funds in the account, confirm which period applies, or withdraw first.
A held payout can be stressful. If gambling has stopped being fun, Gambling Help Online is free and open around the clock on 1800 858 858, and limits and self-exclusion can be set from inside your account. More on our support page and responsible gambling page.
VegasNow cash-out desk: quick answers
How long does a VegasNow withdrawal take?
We publish no fixed payout time. The cashier's Instant label does not include review, verification, instalments or the provider's own processing, so ask which stage any estimate covers and whether it counts banking days.
What is the smallest amount I can withdraw?
A$30 by MiFinity or A$300 by Inpay, PayAnyBank or Wire. Coins have their own floors, for example 0.0002 BTC, 0.002 ETH or 20 USDT.
How much can I take out in one UTC day?
A$6,000 per UTC day under the published terms, with A$12,000 per week and A$42,000 per month. A single bank request tops out at A$6,000 and a MiFinity request at A$4,000. Individual terms can differ.
Will my payout go back to my credit card?
Cards are not on the AU payout list. Money goes back to the deposit method where that is possible, so for a card-funded balance support confirms the route; ask before you request.
Do I have to play my deposit through before cashing out?
Yes, three times per deposit under terms v2.3. Requests made before that can be refused or charged a processing fee. This is an account rule and separate from 40x bonus wagering.
Are VegasNow withdrawals free?
We add no fee, and each row says Free. Provider fees on payouts fall to the customer, and intermediary banks or currency conversion can reduce what arrives, especially by wire.
Why did my payout arrive in several parts?
Large amounts may be paid in instalments, and per-request ranges and UTC caps also split big balances. Ask support for the schedule and keep each part's reference.
Can I withdraw to a friend's bank account?
No. The receiving account or wallet must be in the account holder's name, the same rule that applies to deposits.
