Is VegasNow legit? Check the evidence yourself
VegasNow is operated by Just Entertainment B.V., and its Curaçao licence number is OGL/2024/164/0246. We would rather you judged us on records you can open than on anything we say about ourselves, so this page takes the licence, the money rules, the bonus terms, the safety tools and the signs of a copycat in turn, each with the place to verify it.

VegasNow claims and where each one can be checked
The short answer is yes: VegasNow is a licensed casino with published terms, and every claim in this table traces back to a document or a public record. Rely on the right-hand column, not on our word.
| What we say | The detail | Where to verify |
|---|---|---|
| We are licensed | Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/164/0246, Active | cert.cga.cw, token 246 |
| A named company runs us | Just Entertainment B.V., company 160603 | Certificate 246; our terms name the same company |
| Our casino address | vegasnow.com, on the approved-domain list | The certificate's domain section |
| Account rules are public | General terms version 2.3, 20 January 2024 | Terms page on vegasnow.com |
| Bonus rules are public | General bonus terms, 26 February 2024 | Bonus terms on vegasnow.com |
| Payment limits are public | AU deposit and withdrawal tables in A$ | The cashier, and our payments page |
| You can slow down or stop | Deposit limits and self-exclusion | Your account, or a request to support |
| You can reach us | support@vegasnow.com and live chat | The casino site |
One clarification before you start. ausvegasnowcasino.com is our Australian information site, and it is not on the certificate's domain list. Real-money play happens on vegasnow.com.
Just Entertainment B.V. and the VegasNow licence number
Two identifiers anchor everything else on this page: a company and a licence number. The company is Just Entertainment B.V., number 160603 on Curaçao's company register. The licence is OGL/2024/164/0246, in force since 13 August 2024 under Curaçao's regulator, the Curaçao Gaming Authority, which you may also see called the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. VegasNow itself opened in 2024.
Why the company number matters: anyone can reuse a brand name, but a registered company number points to one business. If you ever need to write formally about your account, quote Just Entertainment B.V., 160603 and the licence number together, so there is no doubt which operator you mean.
A lookalike page can borrow our colours, our screenshots and our offer wording in minutes. It cannot edit the regulator's entry for that number. That is why the certificate outranks any casino page, ours included, and why our licensing page records it line by line.
Reading certificate 246 field by field
Type the address of the CGA validator for token 246 into your browser, then work down the fields. You do not need an account. Here is what each field should say, and what to do when it does not.
| Field | It should read | If it does not |
|---|---|---|
| Licence number | OGL/2024/164/0246, every character | You are looking at another licence, so stop |
| Holder | Just Entertainment B.V. | The page that sent you is not quoting our licence |
| Company number | 160603 | Treat the claim as unproven |
| Licensed since | 13 August 2024 | Make sure you opened token 246 and not a lookalike URL |
| Status | Active | Hold off and ask support@vegasnow.com why |
| Approved domains | Includes vegasnow.com | The address you are using is outside the licence |
Then return to the page that brought you there and compare. Same company and same number: good. A different number, no number, or a seal picture without a working link means you are not dealing with VegasNow, whatever the logo suggests.
If you like to keep records, save a screenshot of the certificate showing the date you viewed it. It makes any later query about your account much easier to word.
Licence or terms: which document answers your question
A licence confirms that a regulator has approved one named business to operate. It says nothing about whether a bonus can be cashed out or why a withdrawal needs paperwork. Those answers sit in our published terms, so match each question to its document.
| Your question | Answered by | Short answer |
|---|---|---|
| Is the operator licensed? | The certificate | Yes, under OGL/2024/164/0246 |
| Is the welcome offer what an advert claims? | Bonus terms and our offer page | Only if it reads up to A$8,000 plus 500 spins over four deposits |
| Can bonus winnings come out straight away? | Bonus terms, 26 February 2024 | Not before 40× wagering, and at most A$5,000 per offer |
| Why am I asked for ID? | General terms, version 2.3 | Verification can be requested, usually ahead of a first payout |
| Can I pay with a relative's card? | General terms, version 2.3 | No; every method has to belong to you |
| May I play from where I live? | You, under our terms | The terms leave the location check with the account holder |
| Does BetStop cover VegasNow? | BetStop's own scope | It lists Australian-licensed wagering providers, so use our self-exclusion |
Games remain games of chance whichever licence sits behind them. A regulator's approval is about who runs the casino, not about how a session will go.
Why VegasNow asks for ID and your own payment method
Both rules protect whoever owns the account, and both sit in the version 2.3 general terms of 20 January 2024.
Opening an account and proving who you are happen at different times. The sign-up form asks for basics such as country, currency and date of birth. Verification, often called KYC, can be requested later, most commonly when you ask for a first withdrawal. Being asked for an identity document, something that shows your address, or a photo of the card you deposit with is the process the terms set out, not evidence of a problem. Upload anything requested through the secure route your VegasNow account provides, never by replying to an unexpected email.
Every payment method you use has to belong to you, the account holder. Payouts travel back to the method you deposited with whenever that is possible, so money only ever leaves VegasNow in your direction. A second rule sits alongside: each deposit needs three times its value in stakes before the related funds can be withdrawn, and a request that skips this may be turned down or charged a processing fee. On an A$140 deposit, that is A$420 of play first. Our registration page lists what to have ready.
Published VegasNow money limits: deposits, withdrawals and caps
The AU cashier shows its ranges before you pay in, which is what a legitimate operator should do. Figures are in A$ unless a coin is named; the payments page and withdrawals page carry the full tables.
| Method | Paying in | Taking out |
|---|---|---|
| Visa or Mastercard | A$30 to A$10,000 | Not listed for withdrawals |
| MiFinity | A$30 to A$4,000 | Same range, A$30 to A$4,000 |
| Cashtocode | A$25 to A$400 (the table's intro says A$30) | Not listed for withdrawals |
| Inpay, PayAnyBank, bank wire | Not listed for deposits | A$300 to A$6,000 |
| Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC minimum, no stated maximum | 0.0002 to 0.12 BTC |
| USDT | 5 USDT minimum, no stated maximum | 20 to 4,000 USDT |
Every row is tagged "Free" and "Instant". Those are labels, not promises: VegasNow absorbs its own deposit costs, but a payment provider may charge separately, and any provider charge on a withdrawal is yours to pay. We publish no measured payout time, so be wary of any page that quotes one for us.
Crypto is listed coin by coin, including BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP and DOGE, each with its own minimum. A coin's name does not tell you which network to use, so confirm that in the cashier before sending anything.
Cash-outs are requested from My Account after verification. Large amounts can be paid in instalments, and the terms also cap withdrawals per day, week and month. PayID, POLi and Neosurf are missing from the AU deposit table altogether.
Worked example: an A$140 VegasNow deposit, start to finish
Here is one deposit followed through the published rules, first without the welcome bonus and then with it. The figures illustrate the rules; they do not predict results.
Without a bonus
You pay in A$140 by card, well above the A$30 card minimum. Before those funds can be withdrawn, the three-times deposit rule calls for A$420 of stakes. Say the balance afterwards is A$260. Bank wire starts at A$300, so it is out of reach, while MiFinity, from A$30 up to A$4,000, fits. Because cards are not listed for withdrawals, check with support which route your account will use, and expect a verification request before that first payout.
With the first-deposit bonus
The same A$140 attracts a 150% match, which is A$210 in bonus funds. Wagering is 40 times the bonus, so A$8,400 of qualifying play inside seven days, with no single bet above A$8. At A$8 a spin, that is at least 1,050 spins on pokies counting 100%. Roulette counts 25%, so an A$8 bet clears A$2 and the target needs 4,200 bets, or A$33,600 staked. Blackjack counts 10%, so each A$8 hand clears only A$0.80 and the same target would take A$84,000 of hands. The 200 free spins unlock once the A$140 has been wagered once; whatever they win is capped at A$300 and carries its own 40×. The most this offer can pay out is A$5,000.
What the numbers show
The bonus enlarges the playing balance, and it enlarges the workload too. Without it, A$420 of stakes frees the deposit. With it, at least A$8,400 has to be staked inside a week, at a capped bet size, before any bonus money can become cash.
VegasNow welcome terms in full, stage by stage
A trustworthy offer prints its conditions next to the headline. Ours spreads up to A$8,000 in matches and 500 free spins over four deposits.
| Deposit | Match | Up to | Free spins | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| First | 150% | A$1,500 | 200 | None needed |
| Second | 100% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS2 |
| Third | 50% | A$2,000 | 50 | VEGAS3 |
| Fourth | 25% | A$2,500 | 200 | VEGAS4 |
Conditions that come with every stage:
- An offer minimum of A$20, though some payment methods start higher; card and MiFinity both begin at A$30.
- Your deposit is wagered once before that stage's free spins are released.
- Wagering of 40× on the bonus amount, and 40× again on anything the free spins win, all within 7 days.
- Bets capped at A$8 while wagering runs, and one active bonus per account at any moment.
- Cash-outs from an offer limited to A$5,000; the welcome spins can win at most A$300.
- Bonus funds are for the casino and live casino; sport is excluded.
- Pokies count in full (some titles excepted), roulette at 25%, blackjack and game shows at 10% each, baccarat not at all.
If a page using our name quotes a different multiplier, one oversized first-deposit match or a code for stage one, treat it as someone else's offer. Our welcome bonus page works through each stage.
Loyalty points and weekly offers you can trace to us
A genuine offer can be found on the brand's own pages, and ours can. The loyalty programme runs across seven levels, with the Sin City VIP Lounge above them. Slots earn a point for every A$25 staked; roulette takes A$100 per point; blackjack and baccarat take A$250. In the Loyalty Store the opening exchange row turns 200 points into A$5.
Run the numbers and the value is modest. A$5,000 of pokie wagering earns 200 points, which at that row exchanges for A$5. Treat points as a small rebate on play you would have made anyway, never as a reason to play more.
Weekly promotions follow the general bonus terms that also govern the welcome package. Two publish headline terms: Lucky 7s Load Up, a Tuesday match of 77% to a maximum of A$77, and Friday Night Spotlight, which adds 40 free spins on that week's featured game for each qualifying Friday deposit. Levels and lounge details are on our VIP page.
Stopping or slowing down: tools in your VegasNow account
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over. Inside yours you can set a deposit limit or self-exclude, and support can apply either on request. Use them early: they work best before a bad week, not after one.
When you ask support, say which tool you want, give the amount or period where it applies, and ask for the scope and start date in writing. Keep that reply.
Should gambling start to harm you or a person you care about, Gambling Help Online offers free, confidential counselling around the clock on 1800 858 858, and GambleAware NSW is another good first stop. BetStop is built for wagering providers licensed in Australia, so with VegasNow use our own self-exclusion instead. Our responsible gambling page sets out each step.
A casino that hides its limit tools, or dangles an offer while you are setting one, is telling you something about itself. Hold us to the same test.
Redirect pages and fake offers using the VegasNow name
Some pages use our name, our offer structure or screenshots of our lobby, then send you to another casino when you press a button. We do not run them and we do not honour what they advertise. A deposit made through one of them is not a deposit with us.
These pages tend to arrive through ads, social posts or messages promising a better VegasNow deal. Your best defence is the address bar: when you reach a sign-in or cashier screen, it should read vegasnow.com. If it does not, stop there.
| You notice | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| A button opens a site with another casino's logo | You have been redirected | Close it and type vegasnow.com yourself |
| A first-deposit code, or a "secret" bigger match | Not our offer, since stage one needs no code | Compare with the stage table above |
| A VegasNow no-deposit code | We do not advertise one | Treat any such list as unverified |
| An APK file or an app-store listing | No verified store app exists; VegasNow runs in your browser | Save vegasnow.com as a Home Screen shortcut |
| PayID, POLi or Neosurf offered for deposits | None of them is in our AU cashier | Keep your money out of that page |
| Support email other than support@vegasnow.com | Not our customer care | Contact us from the casino site |
| No licence number, or a seal that links nowhere | The licence claim is unproven | Open token 246 directly |
Already paid through a lookalike? That money sits with the other brand, and our support team cannot see the transaction. Raise it with that operator and keep every receipt. The mobile page shows the safe way to put VegasNow on your phone.
Six shortcuts that lead to the wrong conclusion
Most misjudgements come from trusting a signal that is easy to fake or easy to misread.
- Trusting the seal. A licence badge is an image. The register entry behind it is the evidence.
- Reading a label as a timetable. "Instant" on a cashier row describes how a method is set up, not when your withdrawal lands.
- Treating a document request as a red flag. Verification before a first withdrawal is written into our terms.
- Assuming the logo carries the licence. The certificate approves vegasnow.com. Any other address, this information site included, is outside it.
- Believing third-party codes. A no-deposit code that appears only on a list site cannot be traced to us.
- Expecting BetStop to cover us. The register serves Australian-licensed wagering providers; for VegasNow, self-exclusion happens in your account.
Each error cuts one of two ways: it makes a copycat look safe, or it makes a normal process look suspicious.
Seven boxes to tick before money goes in
Work through these in order. If one fails, stop and write to support@vegasnow.com before depositing.
- Certificate: token 246 shows OGL/2024/164/0246, Just Entertainment B.V. and the status Active.
- Address: the casino tab reads vegasnow.com.
- Offer: four stages, up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins, codes VEGAS2 to VEGAS4, 40× within 7 days, A$8 top bet.
- Payments: the method is yours, deposits get three times their value in stakes, and ID is ready for the first cash-out.
- Limits: card deposits A$30 to A$10,000, bank withdrawals A$300 to A$6,000, MiFinity A$30 to A$4,000 both ways.
- Support: live chat gives the same answer as this page to a question you already know, such as the second-deposit code.
- Exit: a deposit limit set, and 1800 858 858 saved in your phone.
Each box leads to a record or a reply you can see for yourself. That is the bar we ask you to set for us, and for any site using our name.
VegasNow legitimacy: what people ask us
Is VegasNow properly licensed?
Yes. The operator, Just Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company 160603), holds licence OGL/2024/164/0246 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, licensed since 13 August 2024 and listed as Active. Check it yourself at token 246 on the CGA validator.
Is ausvegasnowcasino.com where I play?
No. This is our Australian information site, and it does not appear on the certificate's approved-domain list. Registration, deposits and play all take place on vegasnow.com.
Is a document request before my first payout normal?
Yes. Our terms treat registration and verification as separate steps, and verification can be asked for later, typically when a first withdrawal is requested. It is routine, not a warning sign.
Can someone else's card fund my account?
No. Each payment method must belong to the account holder, and payouts go back to the deposit method where possible. Use your own method from the very first deposit.
Does VegasNow have a no-deposit bonus?
Not one we advertise. Our welcome spins come with deposits. Codes on other sites promising deposit-free credit cannot be traced to us.
Can I download a VegasNow app?
No verified version exists on the App Store or Google Play, and an APK claiming to be us should not be installed. Use vegasnow.com in Safari or Chrome and pin it to your Home Screen.
I clicked a VegasNow link and landed on another casino. What should I do?
Leave without depositing. Type vegasnow.com yourself and sign in or register from there. Money already paid to the other site is a matter for that operator, as we have no view of the transaction.
If cashier rows say Instant, why can a withdrawal take longer?
The label describes how the method is set up. Verification, instalments on large amounts and provider processing can all apply, and we do not publish a measured payout time.
Does VegasNow accept PayID or POLi?
No. Neither appears in our AU deposit table, and nor does Neosurf. Cards, MiFinity, Cashtocode and a range of cryptocurrencies are listed instead, each with its own minimum.
Is the VegasNow sportsbook under the same licence?
Yes. Sports betting runs on the same Curaçao licence as the casino, with the same holder and account protections. Sports deposits carry 3× turnover unless an offer says otherwise.
