The VegasNow app: our mobile site, saved to your Home Screen

You will not find a VegasNow download in Apple's or Google's app stores. Our casino runs in Safari or Chrome, and you can save it to your Home Screen so it opens from an icon like an app. Below: setup on iPhone, Android and iPad, how to tell the genuine route from a fake download, and fixes for the usual phone problems.

What the VegasNow app actually is today

Answer first: the VegasNow app is our mobile website. You open it in a phone browser, sign in with your normal account and, if you like, save it as a Home Screen icon. Nothing comes from an app store and no file is downloaded.

People searching for the app usually mean one of five things. Here is where each one stands.

Setting up the VegasNow web app on an iPhone

On an iPhone the icon comes from Safari. Apple lets you pin any website to the Home Screen and decide whether it then opens like a standalone app.

Open the real site

In Safari, use our Open VegasNow link and check that the address reads vegasnow.com. Only then sign in or save.

Open the Share menu

Tap Share. Depending on your Safari layout, Share may be tucked inside the Page Menu.

Choose Add to Home Screen

Leave the Open as Web App toggle on for a full-screen casino without the address bar.

Tap Add

From now on that icon loads the very site you just checked.

Deleting the icon later removes only the shortcut. It does not touch your account, your balance or any bonus you have running.

Creating the VegasNow shortcut on Android in Chrome

Android users get there through Chrome. Menu labels shift between Chrome versions, but every route ends with an icon that opens our website rather than a downloaded program.

Open and check

Go to vegasnow.com in Chrome and confirm the address before signing in.

Open the menu

Tap the three-dot More menu next to the address bar.

Pick the option your version shows

Look for Add to Home screen, Install or Create shortcut. Each one places an icon that loads our site.

Name it and add it

Keep a clear name such as VegasNow and tap Add, then drag the icon wherever suits you.

VegasNow on an iPad or Android tablet

Tablets follow the phone instructions with one small difference on iPad: on some iPadOS versions, Apple's guide places Add to Home Screen behind Share and then More. Open as Web App works the same way as on iPhone. The icon belongs to that one device, so a phone and a tablet each need their own.

The bigger screen helps at live tables, where the betting layout and the video share space. Nothing else changes: same lobby, same cashier, same account. A tablet icon is still a website shortcut, not a native iPad app, and it gives no offline access.

Red flags that a VegasNow download is not ours

Any installer offered under our name is unofficial unless our own site links to it, and right now we link to none. A matching logo, colour scheme or title tells you nothing about who published a file.

Red flagWhy it matters
A page offering a VegasNow APK or app downloadWe do not publish an APK, so any file came from someone else.
Instructions to allow installs from unknown sourcesOur site works in Chrome with no setting changes at all.
A store listing with our name under an unfamiliar developerWe have no verified store listing, so that developer is not us.
An in-app login screen asking for your VegasNow passwordYour credentials belong only on vegasnow.com. Typing them elsewhere hands them over.
An app-only bonus or a secret codeWe run no app-only offer, and our bonus pages list every published code.
A message from "support" asking for a one-time codeOur team never needs your password, recovery link or one-time codes.

Already typed your details into something suspicious? Delete it, open vegasnow.com in your normal browser, reset your password through the Forgot Password link on our sign-in screen, and tell our support team what happened and roughly when.

Signing in to VegasNow from a phone or icon

Use the same email and password as on desktop. One account covers every device, and our terms allow one account per person, so a new phone is never a reason to register again. Duplicate accounts are a common cause of withheld bonuses and withdrawals.

  • A Home Screen web app can keep its own session, separate from Safari or Chrome. Signing in once inside the icon is normal.
  • Change your password on a laptop and the phone needs the new one at its next sign-in.
  • Forgotten password? Use Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. The reset link is emailed to your registered address, so check spam and filtered folders and note when you asked.
  • If the sign-in form never appears, that is a loading problem, not a password problem. Work out which one you have before contacting us.

Our login help page explains what each common error message means.

Playing VegasNow pokies and live games on mobile

The phone lobby carries the full desktop catalogue, from pokies to live tables and table games. Studios on the AU lobby include Evolution, Belatra, BGaming, Novomatic and Pragmatic Play. Among the titles listed on 3 November 2026 were Crazy Time, Elvis Frog in Vegas, Book Of Ra Magic and Gates of Olympus Super Scatter. Availability can still vary by region and account.

Pokies

Run comfortably on most current phones. If one hangs on loading, open a different title: when that one works, the first game is the issue.

Live tables

Stream video, so they need a steady connection. A dropped stream on mobile data is usually the network, not your account.

Game shows

Crazy Time and similar shows stream too. If a round is interrupted, jot down the round reference and the time, then get in touch.

How individual tables pay and count toward bonuses is covered in our live casino section.

Paying in and cashing out from your phone at VegasNow

The cashier inside the browser or the icon is our standard AU cashier, so methods and limits match desktop exactly.

MethodDepositsWithdrawals
Visa or MastercardA$30 to A$10,000Not among the AU withdrawal routes
MiFinityA$30 to A$4,000A$30 to A$4,000
Cashtocode voucherA$25 to A$400Not among the AU withdrawal routes
Bank wire (Inpay, PayAnyBank, wire)Not in the deposit tableA$300 to A$6,000
Crypto such as BTC, USDT and LTCEach coin has its own minimumEach coin has its own range

You will not find PayID, POLi or Neosurf in our AU cashier, so an app offering them under our name is another sign it is not ours.

Worked example: matching the amount to the method

Say you want to deposit A$420 from your phone. A card (up to A$10,000) and MiFinity (up to A$4,000) both take it; Cashtocode does not, because its range stops at A$400. Before any withdrawal, that deposit must be turned over three times, so A$1,260 of stakes come first. Later, with A$260 to withdraw, bank wire is out because it starts at A$300, which leaves MiFinity or crypto. Cards do not appear among the withdrawal routes; for a card-funded balance, our support team can confirm the exit route. Identity checks can be requested, and big withdrawals can be split into instalments under daily, weekly and monthly caps.

If a payment shows as pending, look at the transaction status in your account history before you try again. Repeating it can leave you with two deposits. Full tables sit on our payments page.

VegasNow bonuses work the same on mobile

There is no app-only bonus. Our welcome offer spreads up to A$8,000 and 500 free spins across four deposits, and it is the same offer whether you claim it on a phone or a laptop.

Code to typeApplies toSpins addedMatch rate and ceiling
No codeDeposit one200 spins150%, capped at A$1,500
VEGAS2Deposit two50 spins100%, capped at A$2,000
VEGAS3Deposit three50 spins50%, capped at A$2,000
VEGAS4Deposit four200 spins25%, capped at A$2,500

Shared rules for every stage: A$20 minimum per offer (card and MiFinity start at A$30, so that is their real floor), bonus funds and spin winnings each wagered 40×, a seven-day window, A$8 maximum bet, A$5,000 maximum cash-out per offer, welcome spin winnings capped at A$300, and one active bonus at a time.

Worked example: a second deposit of A$140 with VEGAS2 adds A$140 of bonus funds and 50 free spins. Wagering is 40 × A$140 = A$5,600, to finish within seven days with no bet above A$8. On a phone keyboard, check that the code is spelled exactly before you confirm the deposit. The welcome bonus page has the full stage terms.

Staying safe with the VegasNow Home Screen icon

The icon is exactly as safe as the site it opens, which is why the address matters. Our site operates under licence OGL/2024/164/0246, which the Curaçao Gaming Authority granted to Just Entertainment B.V., and the public certificate names the approved domains, vegasnow.com among them. An icon that opens vegasnow.com opens the licensed site. One that opens anywhere else does not. Our licensing page sets out the record.

  • Sign in only once the address shows vegasnow.com.
  • Never share passwords, recovery links or one-time codes, whoever asks.
  • Install system and browser updates when your phone offers them.
  • On a shared phone, sign out after each session and do not let the browser save your VegasNow password.
  • Set deposit limits in your account. Section 8.4 of terms v2.3 says deposit limits do not extend to cryptocurrency, so budget separately if you pay with coins.
  • Use self-exclusion in the account if play stops being fun.

VegasNow is for adults 18 and over. A phone makes short sessions easy, and short sessions add up. You can reach Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. BetStop, the national register, applies to wagering providers licensed in Australia; to exclude yourself from VegasNow, use the self-exclusion inside your account, explained on the responsible gambling page.

Because the icon hides the address bar, open the site in a normal browser tab whenever something looks different from usual. That single check rules out most look-alike problems. If the tab and the icon show different things, trust the tab, delete the icon and save it again.

Troubleshooting VegasNow on a phone, symptom by symptom

Start by naming where the task stopped. A page that will not open, a rejected login and one stuck game each need a different fix.

SymptomCheck firstThen
Page will not loadvegasnow.com in an ordinary Safari or Chrome tabSwap Wi-Fi for mobile data, or the reverse
Login rejectedThe exact error messageUse Forgot Password; do not open a second account
One game stuck on loadingThe title and studioOpen a different title; if it loads, the problem is that one game
Live stream freezingSignal strengthMove to Wi-Fi; keep the round reference if a round was cut off
Deposit shows pendingThe transaction status in your accountWait for it to settle before paying again
Bonus missing after a mobile depositWas the code typed exactly, and is another bonus still active?Only one bonus runs at a time; send support the deposit reference
Icon opens an unfamiliar pageThe address in a browser tabDelete the icon and save the site again from vegasnow.com
Text too small or cut offBrowser zoom and text sizeTry the other orientation; note the phone model if it persists

Hold off on drastic steps while an account action is unresolved. Wiping site data, moving to another phone or sending the same form twice can destroy the trail that shows what happened. Record the screen, the message and the time first.

What to send VegasNow support from your phone

Contact us through the Live Support entry inside the casino or at support@vegasnow.com, and keep the conversation in one thread with your case reference. The more of this table you can fill in, the faster we can trace the problem.

IncludeWhat that looks like

Before attaching a screenshot, crop out passwords, codes and personal details that are not relevant. Never include a password, recovery link or one-time code; nobody on our team needs them. Other contact routes are on the support page.

VegasNow app: your mobile questions answered

Can I find VegasNow in the App Store or on Google Play?

No. We have no verified listing in either store. Our casino runs in Safari or Chrome, and you can save it to your Home Screen so it opens from an icon.

How do I get the VegasNow app on my phone?

Open vegasnow.com in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, check the address, then use Add to Home Screen (iPhone) or the Chrome menu option your version shows (Android).

Should I install a VegasNow APK?

No. We do not supply an APK, and using VegasNow never requires you to allow installs from unknown sources. Treat any APK under our name as unofficial.

Does the Home Screen icon cost anything or use storage?

It is free and uses almost no storage, because it loads the live website rather than installing a program. Deposits, fees and bonus terms are the same as on desktop.

Is there a special bonus for playing VegasNow on mobile?

No. We run no app-only offer. The same four-stage package (up to A$8,000 plus 500 spins, with VEGAS2 to VEGAS4 for stages two to four) applies on every device.

Can I use my existing account on my phone?

Yes. Sign in with the same email and password. Do not register a second account; our terms allow one per person.

Why do I have to sign in again inside the icon?

A Home Screen web app can keep its own session, separate from your browser. Signing in once inside the icon is expected and does not create anything new.

Can I use VegasNow offline?

No. Account services and streamed games need a live internet connection, icon or no icon.

My screen froze after I submitted a deposit. Should I tap again?

Not yet. Check the transaction status in your account first, and note the time and any error. A frozen screen cannot show whether the first attempt reached us.

Can I deposit with PayID or POLi from my phone?

No. Neither appears in our AU cashier, and nor does Neosurf. On mobile, as on desktop, you can use card, MiFinity, Cashtocode or crypto.

What is the smallest deposit that can take a bonus on mobile?

Each offer needs at least A$20, but the method sets its own floor: A$30 for card and MiFinity, A$25 for Cashtocode. In practice, then, the smallest bonus-eligible card deposit is A$30.
